Coaching Methodology

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) defines coaching as:

 

'partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that

inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential'

Instead of being told what to do (mentoring, consulting) coaching works off the principle that you have the answers and with the right conditions created by the coach those answers will become more obvious to you via insights. So coaching is about asking questions and driving people to solutions. 

 

Our role is to enable you to think better, not to tell you what to do. When you arrive at your own solutions you are more likely to commit to long-term behavioral changes as a result.
