Des and Gabriella met in 2020 whilst studying at the Neuroleadership Institute. Their shared passion for helping others, for learning, for neuroscience and for having a real impact led them to create the Peak Performance Series.
The Peak Performance Series works with SMEs and startups and have grown rapidly on a global scale with clients based in 13 different countries worldwide. We have a backroom team of experienced advisors who ensure that the quality of our content is first class.

Gabriella Benko
Co-Founder
Gabriella coaches entrepreneurs, leaders and teams globally to get unstuck, overcome obstacles and reach their fullest potential. Neuroscience based tools are interwoven into her practice to speed up personal and organisational development. She is a Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation, and has the Brain-based Coaching Certificate with the Neuroleadership Institute.
Des Golden
Co-Founder
Des coaches leaders, entrepreneurs and teams from around the world to better performance. He is passionate about leveraging neuroscience to help people to reach the extremities of their potential. He is an ACC Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and is also certified with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).

Thomas Broderick
Thomas works in Munster Technological University where his teaching and research activities are in the areas of health and wellbeing. He has extensive experience working with elite performers leverages coaching tools and positive psychology interventions to help them develop in a holistic way. He is a certified coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.

Angela Senior
Angela is a psychologist and certified coach. With expertise in emotional intelligence and mindfulness, she facilitates leaders at all levels to manage themselves and others better. She has extensive experience of working with clients in Latin America & in Europe. Angela is especially passionate about providing coaching and psychology tools to help individuals and teams develop a better sense of emotional regulation.

Sharon Moore
Sharon is a consultant and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the ICF. She is an adjunct professor for the Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) – Paris in International Management, Business and Strategic Management. Sharon has 30+ years’ experience working in technology companies like Hewlett Packard, Sun Microsystems, and Oracle.

Paidi O'Reilly PhD.
Paidi is an innovation thinker, educator and facilitator. He is currently Chair of the Digital Transformation Lab, Co-Director of the Innovation through Design Thinking Postgraduate Diploma at UCC. He has 30 years of experience leading innovation and research projects across a range of industries. He has guided teams in EMC, Dell, IBM, Google, Facebook, Central Bank, Bank of Ireland, AIB, etc.
